Meet Diogo!

Strength: Fear of water & high-level technique

With 20+ years of experience and a kinesiology background, Diogo specializes in helping swimmers overcome fear and build true confidence in the water. His calm, methodical approach is especially effective for adults and teens who feel anxious or stuck.

He breaks skills down into simple, progressive steps and uses targeted drills to build strong fundamentals—helping swimmers gradually coordinate each movement into a smooth, efficient stroke.

He also works with more technical swimmers looking to refine technique or train toward specific goals like triathlons, ocean swimming, or performance-based outcomes.
