We come to you

Lessons right here in Richmond

Richmond is home turf for us. Our instructor Dan lives here, which makes private in-home lessons across the city easy to arrange and simple to keep consistent week to week. From Steveston and Terra Nova to Brighouse, Broadmoor, Seafair, Thompson, Hamilton and City Centre, we bring lessons to your pool, on your schedule.

All ages, all levels

Who we teach

We teach children from age 3, teens, and adults. Whether your little one is taking their very first strokes, a cautious beginner is learning to trust the water, or an adult wants to sharpen technique and build endurance, every lesson is private and shaped around your swimmer. Parent-and-tot sessions are available for babies from around 10 months, and every lesson stays patient and unhurried, wherever your swimmer is starting from.

Safety first

Instructors who put safety first

Every instructor is certified by the Lifesaving Society, holds current CPR-C and AED, and carries full liability insurance, and most are trained lifeguards as well. Calm, capable and watchful from the very first lesson, because the trust Richmond families place in us is something we never take lightly.

No pool? No problem

An indoor option, too

Not every Richmond home has a pool, and that is no obstacle. Our heated indoor pool in nearby Burnaby runs small-group and private lessons with free parking, an easy year-round option and a dependable backup when the weather turns.

Client Reviews

Diogo is a phenomenal swimming instructor. I have learned lots of things just in one lesson and can’t wait to have other lessons. I would highly recommend him for anyone.

Artist C

Diogo was super friendly and easy to connect with. Learning a new skill could be daunting but he took me through the process in a structured way and I was able to learn some valuable fundamental skills. Would definitely recommend.

Diogo is very professional and friendly to the children. The children really enjoyed his classes. I could see that my child’s improvement after every class. My 4 year old learned how to swim within 10 classes of 30mins each. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to learn swimming.
